The short version

No ads, no tracking cookies, and we never sell or share your data.
You don't need an account. Without one, everything you do stays in your own browser.
With an account, your profile is public except your email, which nobody else ever sees.
You can delete your account and everything synced to it at any time.

Saved strats, strats you write, bans, group size, checklists and settings live in your browser's storage on this device. Clear them any time with "Clear this browser's data" in the footer.
Squad rooms keep the name you type and a random id for your seat. A room is deleted after 6 hours without use.
The feedback form keeps your message, the page you sent it from, the contact name you choose to add (optional), your browser type, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that we use only to stop spam. The IP address itself is never stored.

Your email and password, to sign you in. The password is stored scrambled by our sign-in provider; we can't read it.
Your profile: name, @handle, picture, platform, the rank you report, group size, mains and the roles you like. These show on your profile and on strats you write. Your email never does.
Your stratbook (saved strats, strats you write, your votes and round reports), so it follows you to other devices. Votes and reports count toward a strat's public totals, which never show who voted.
Teams: the team's name, its members and their roles, the team's private strats and a log of who changed what. Only members of that team can see them.
Signing in with Discord: Discord shares your username, picture and email with us. We use them to set up your profile and nothing else.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are opened, from which country and on what kind of device. It uses no cookies and builds no profile of you.
Like any website host, Vercel keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running.

Vercel runs the website (United States).
Supabase runs the database and sign-in (servers in Tokyo, Japan).
Discord, only if you choose to sign in with it.
That's all. Fonts, game art and avatars are served from our own site, so opening a page doesn't contact anyone else.

Delete your account: Account → Delete account. It removes your profile, your synced stratbook, your votes and round reports, and your team memberships. Feedback you sent and team strats you wrote stay, but they're no longer linked to you.
Edit your profile any time on the Account page.
Want a copy of your data, or something else removed? Ask on the Feedback page and we'll do it.
Accounts are for people aged 16 or over.

Siege Strats is a free fan site, not affiliated with or endorsed by Ubisoft. Rainbow Six Siege, its maps, operators and artwork are © Ubisoft Entertainment.
Plans are advice from players and credited creators. Use your own judgement in the game; we can't promise a plan wins.
Strats you write stay yours. By saving one on the site, you let us show it here. Credit ideas you took from others.
Don't post other people's private information, harassment, spam or anything about cheating. We remove content and accounts that do.
The site and these terms can change. When something important changes, this page will say so at the top.

Ask on the Feedback page. Only the site owner reads it.
