Take a Day Off: Border Armory Lockers attack strat

What we changed: Emzi0767's R6 Strat Roulette list has 'Take a Day Off' (everyone stays at spawn until the last 30 seconds), and the Easiest Rainbow Six Strat Roulette list has 'Where's the site?' (you may only enter the objective room with 15 seconds left). We moved the time limit to 1:25 so the plan can still win, and we gave the waiting players jobs. Border's three attacker spawns (East Vehicle Entrance, Valley, West Vehicle Exit) come from the wiki's Border page. The West Balcony breach on the two Armory exterior walls, with an EMP first, is our own Border plan (West Balcony Breach, Thatcher and Ace). Siege.GG's Border guide says defenders usually play Armory first. Lion's scan warning is 1.4 s since Y11S3 and Thermite's charge 220 since Y11S3.1. The clock, the spawn guard and the slots are ours, and the walk time from the West Vehicle Exit is a guess: test it in a custom game before you trust 1:25.
