The Sky is Falling: Border Workshop defense strat

What we changed: From the team's Border stratbook slide, read from the plan image and the slide note. Operators, gadgets, positions and reinforced walls (the thick player-coloured bars) come from the slide (player-coloured ovals are floor holes to open, not hatches to reinforce); the job wording, step order and counters are ours. This slide uses an older format with a different player list, so it's likely an older setup. The small box icons in each colour aren't explained; we read the starbursts as holes to open. From the source deck: An old slide in a different format, with a different roster, from the misc section; The slide lists Ela, Melusi and Valkyrie as options.
