Secret Service: Clubhouse CCTV Room attack strat

What we changed: The open-source R6: Strat Roulette app lists 'Fearless Leader' (you may only move if you hold the defuser; pass it around) and 'Designated Marksman' (only the defuser carrier shoots). A Steam thread of dumb strategies has players pushing behind a Sledge battering ram with four recruits blocking behind him. We kept the escort idea and made it a real CCTV plan: the carrier is in the middle and every other player has a bodyguard job. The CCTV main wall, Garage stairs, Rafters ADS and the tucked plant come from our Clubhouse research (Garage Floor First, Main Wall Second, Tucked Plant). Thermite deals 220 since Y11S3.1; the Claymore deals 155 (Y11S3). Noor's lance goes through shields.
