Lockdown: Consulate Meeting Room defense strat

What we changed: Pro version: 'CEO - LOCKDOWN' (slide 5) in iFrozen's public Consulate team deck. CEO is a common callout for the Consul Office, and the drawing is the same 2F plan the deck uses for its CO slides. From the slide: bans Ying and Blitz; legend Azami (swap Clash) with barbed wire, Smoke (swap Tachanka) with barbed wire, Goyo with a bulletproof camera, Solis with impact grenades (swap Mozzie with a Nitro Cell), Denari (swap Ela) with a deployable shield. Drawn: Azami's reinforcements and Kibas on the Admin side, four Volcáns, Smoke's gas by Top Yellow, head holes in the Meeting north wall, T.R.I.P. connectors on the Meeting diagonal door and the Top Visa hall, and Solis on the 1F plan with prone holes. What we assumed: the room names come from our Consulate research, the timings are ours, and the slide gives Azami five walls, so the team shares them out (each defender has two). Uncertain: the Meeting spot shows Aruni's icon while the legend lists Denari; we followed the legend. Season: nothing in Y11S3 changes this lineup directly. From the source deck: the deck uses CEO for the Consul Office; The slide's swap for this slot is Clash, who holds the Admin door with her shield instead of Kibas.
