What we changed: yo_boy_Roy (Apr 2020) calls it an open-concept renovation: shoot out the ceilings, floors and walls and play from upstairs, because the attackers feel comfortable behind walls. Strat Roulette has two matching rules, 'no one reinforces any walls or hatches' and 'open every window, door and trap door in prep'. Alka (Sep 2026) describes Noor's launcher and his kit (LMG, shield, two speed). Game rule from Ubisoft's Y11S3 notes: his bolts go through walls, floors and shields. The Consulate 2F rooms, holes and timings come from our 2F research and are ours to test. This is a joke strat: a team with long-range rifles can punish an open room, so keep moving.
