Grenade Rain: Kafe Dostoyevsky Cocktail Lounge attack strat

What we changed: Strat Roulette's Tactical Bombardment (Irishturtle, YouTube) says: open up the objective room and lob all your frags inside, bonus points for LMGs. VarsityGaming (Sep 2019) plays a grenade-only match on Skyscraper after attackers could bring ten frags, and says 'we kind of have to'. We use the operators who carry frags today (Lion, Finka, Maverick, Gridlock, Sens, per Ubisoft's operator pages) and the Kafe 3F entry points (Skylight, Heaven balcony, Cigar Balcony, the Cocktail windows) from our Cocktail and Bar research. The three-volley call and the order are ours. A defender on a Mag-NET or an ADS is the main reason to throw two at once.

Written up in our own words. The tactics are the creators'; go support them.
