Taser Time: Kafe Dostoyevsky Reading Room defense strat

What we changed: Strat Roulette's Home Alone (Kelmon G): defenders may only kill attackers with gadgets, or when they are stunned by a shock wave or electricity. Our plan keeps the stun half and lets guns finish. The electricity rules come from Siege X: electricity does no damage and slows whoever touches an electrified gadget (Y10S2), and since Y10S4 Castle panels can be electrified. Ubisoft's Y11S3.1 notes (22 Sep 2026) raise the panel to 10 melee hits. The Reading Room walls and the 3F hatch come from our Reading Room research (iFrozen's ICBM and Maldini); the shock layout and timings are ours. The 'stunned only' rule is the joke: drop it when someone is about to plant.
