Hit List: Oregon Kitchen attack strat

What we changed: stratroulette.net lists 'Contracts' (ChankaBuff, 2016): each squad member is assigned an enemy to kill, and you may only kill your target. Syncwave (Apr 2025) rolled it as an attack challenge, said it was pain, and never got a clean round. Neither has a map plan. Our Oregon research for Kitchen and Dining Hall (Small Tower wall, Showers, Security, the Meeting-side wall, the upstairs player and the backside trapper in Z) gives five natural jobs, so the marks are assigned by position. The contract swap and the 'mark yours' call are ours. Thermite's charge does 220 and Buck has 36 Skeleton Key shots since Y11S3.1. Kali's lance no longer cancels ADS and the Claymore does 155 since Y11S3.
