Blue Cheese: Bank CCTV Room attack strat

What we changed: From the team's Bank stratbook slide, read from the plan image and the slide note. Operators, gadgets, positions and reinforced walls (the thick player-coloured bars) come from the slide (player-coloured ovals are floor holes to open, not hatches to reinforce); the job wording, step order and counters are ours. Slide 2 also lists 'Blue Cheese Reset' (Blitz and Grim in Ebox, Deimos on Dirt, Striker in Archive, Twitch in Printer) and 'Blue Cheese Plant' (Blitz carries the defuser; Thermite, Glaz, Twitch and Thatcher on Ebox and Dirt), so the name covers a family of hits. The strat slide has no note, so exact routes are our reading of the arrows.
