The Sniper Club: Bank CEO Office attack strat

What we changed: Athieno (Jul 2025) tests a TikTok angle: Kali rappels on the ATM side and opens a quad window into site, which sees anyone moving by the Janitor rotate. He gets two early kills and calls it harder to counter than rappelling on the usual site windows. The rest of the club is ours: Glaz on Plaza, Maverick's peepholes in the Top Square wall, Buck under CEO from the Tellers' Office (our Bank research says the CEO floor is soft over that site) and Lion's scans. The Terrace route and the CEO geometry come from our Bank research. Test the plant behind the desk in a custom game. Kali's CSRX 300 got 3.5x and 8x scopes, a faster bolt and 51 rounds in Y11S3 but kicks more.
