Full Court Press: Border Armory Lockers defense strat

What we changed: From the team's Border stratbook slide, read from the plan image and the slide note. Operators, gadgets, positions and reinforced walls (the thick player-coloured bars) come from the slide (player-coloured ovals are floor holes to open, not hatches to reinforce); the job wording, step order and counters are ours. It sits in the deck's misc section, so it may be older. The legend shows no gadget for Jäger. It gives Wamai an Impact Grenade, which he can no longer take, so his loadout is left open. The slide shouts 'SHOOT THE PIPE!!!' next to the east stairs; we pass it on as written. From the source deck: The slide shouts 'SHOOT THE PIPE!!!' next to the east stairs; The slide gives Wamai an Impact Grenade, which isn't in his current kit; The slide shows no gadget for Jäger; The slide lists Ela, Smoke and Fenrir as other options.
