Zeus: Border Armory Lockers defense strat

What we changed: From the team's Border stratbook slide, read from the plan image and the slide note. Operators, gadgets, positions and reinforced walls (the thick player-coloured bars) come from the slide (player-coloured ovals are floor holes to open, not hatches to reinforce); the job wording, step order and counters are ours. The 'triple' and Break-wall rules are the team's note; the three cyan bars and the two numbered pairs on the plan match them. The taser picture is a joke on the name, ignored.
