Rumble: Border Armory Lockers defense strat

What we changed: From the team's Border stratbook slide, read from the plan image and the slide note. Operators, gadgets, positions and reinforced walls (the thick player-coloured bars) come from the slide (player-coloured ovals are floor holes to open, not hatches to reinforce); the job wording, step order and counters are ours. The slide shouts 'SHOOT THE PIPE!!!' next to the east stairs; we pass it on as written. The John Cena picture is a joke on the name, ignored. From the source deck: The slide shouts 'SHOOT THE PIPE!!!' next to the east stairs.
